6. RETURN POLICY AND REFUNDS
Food additives can be returned only in original sealed containers within 14 days of purchase. Opened products are non-returnable due to food safety concerns. All returns require FSSAI clearance. Defective products will be replaced with full documentation. No partial refunds for food safety reasons.
